The first job as a sales person needs to be to acknowledge the high possibility that there's some mistrust, some hesitation, some fear and some worry. We have an agenda setting framework and all kinds of other stuff, but where doe? Where do we start? So i think, and i know empathy is another one of these words that gets over use and turns into a hollow tactic,. But hey, you have a framework for this s i want it ecause we've kind of set this up pretty well around this eccustomercentric type of approach being more human.
