What have been some meaningful practice that have helped you just get in touch with how you perceive yourself? Cause before we can ever assess whether or not our perception matches others, we first have to start with that self. And so it have been some good practices, or perhaps even authors or other things that come to mind as you think about the work that we need to do on our own perception of self.
