Getting Separation of the Upper Body and Lower Body
One of the things i we've been focusing on hered our jim specifically, is being able for an athlete to separate the upper body and and lower body. And that's whereit too, like all the pieces can't have to work together when it comes to that. So any lower body day i'm going to have abduction and abduction in there. We'll do copenhagen hip abductions, side plank hip abductions. But then we really want to trying to overload those as well.
