Training Less Is a Good Idea

I have sacrificed sleep for that early morning group ride where it is something where I'm like, I wouldn't actually probably do this by myself because it's going to be a six hour ride. If I too knew the next Sunday, I could sleep in a little bit more. But I wouldn't be doing that every day. That's a balance about that's a balance between the added sleep and what you're going to get out of the training. So that makes perfect sense to me and I've done it a million times. Just don't make it chronic.
