The Importance of a Mental Break
I feel like I need recovery from not just the race, but also the preparation because it's very intense. So usually for me, like the longer preparation, the more I need this recovery period. It could depend on several factors and each individual's story. And that comes back to what we were saying right at the beginning, is understanding and having an awareness of what you really need.
