I feel like I've got great balance. The most balance I've ever had in my whole entire life using the tracking. It also allows one to not massively overshoot, but also not undershoot. And so it operates at both extremes. You avoid massively overshooting your fat gain, but you also avoid massively undershooting your caloric needs and down regulating your metabolism. Like obviously you can't get shit pastel time like that's, but like practice moderation.
