There's two ways of getting trace minerals. One is through humic and fulvic extracts that mostly come from compressed peat moss. The other one is Sheila G., which squirts out of rocks in the Himalayas. I've found that you get a broader spectrum from using humic and Fulvic biomass from peat than you do from getting Sheila G. But either way, you want to get your trace minerals.
