This is not a perfect podcast by any stretch of the imagination. I will build it as i go like and my diet, for example, that includes me eating whatever i want, whenever i want. My system for eating is that i eat really good and oftentimes quite boring most of the time. And overtime, your systems that you come up with, they might get boring, or they might feel like they don't work any more. But in the end, you are so unique, and you have so many fun ways to do things that work for you. You get to pick and it may or may not keep changing over time.
