iad: I call it beat barefoot before shod. Research shows if you do everything barefoot, like all the time, all barefoot, you actually almost become weak in that sense. As soon as you put on shoes, it's like your crypt to night, right? And i often give this example, i love to train barefoot. But i would rather do kettle bells barefoot and everything, no shoes. So anybody listened t is, i would recommend checking that out, cause those have made a huge difference in my foot. And also our mba players as well. They love it.
