Why I Love Bone Broth Fasting
I usually do a three to five day fast, once a quarter, sometimes just twice per year. And the type of fast really determines on what you're looking to get out of it. You can look at fasting through the biblical lens or also through the evolutionary lens and humans at some point would go without food for short periods of time - pre agriculture. It's smart in a lot of cases to do this in strike a balance at the same time.
