Most people when they hear the word networking, they just put up the, that sucks, that's so lame. What I advocate is taking a more proactive approach and actually thinking in advance about the types of people you want to surround yourself with. Some introverts are very good at quote unquote networking, very good at building relationships because they put effort into it.
