Do You Do Every Lift Every Day?
Every day is a full body day with an asterisk. On monday, the press focus day, you do one or two sets of ten in the deadleth and front squad. You still do every movement every day but intensity rotates. Most people need that. Front squatting one day a weekis o how bt ive looked at my i've looked at this more clearly. Oddly, i quickly learned that i needed a snatch twice a week because even though i thought i was a master at it, the snatch is just so exactingthat i needed the second. I tended to recover better.
