I think that somebody who's training 12 to 20 hours a week they can almost eat anything they want in fact I remember the day that we met at the hotel in Anchorage and you had a huge plate of sugar donuts and things like that. It has changed my diet since then since then but yeah if you do like if you train for a lot of hours if you do long long evidence you will have fat adaptationthen I think it's you can eat as much as you want almost because you will burn all that. The problem then it comes more to health and long-term health if you are like only fuel thing with a lot of high glycemic index foods, which is still be fat
