"I was a really good sales guy. I sold myself to the hiring person here and I said, take me," he says. "What happened was I realized I didn't know anything about leadership or management." After eight or nine months of working for him, his manager told him 'you better stay put because your manager is even worse than you' He then took a personality test that would get him started investigating himself as a manager.
