A lot of people who are on the cusp or burnt out will say to themselves things like, "My life is pretty good" And they kind of feel like they don't have a right to complain. What they sort of feel is not something that is overtly mental illness. People think about, oh, my god, i'm losing my hair. My hair is turning gray. I've trouble getting out of bed in the morning and can't sleep at night. Now i need to go see a psychiatrist. The stress is getting to be too much. So we're going to share with you all a little bit about what burnout looks like. Then we'll talk some more individual factors
