It's really hard to bootstrap sort of grokhing or embodied understanding of this stuff so that has been a pretty critical weakness of my practice is like people who cannot attend to their own emotional state or their body. i'm amazed at how much the alluesander technique has worked in those situations. I was extremely surprised that it worked even for people who i thought would find it extremely difficult like for people who are more on the autistic end yeahYeahyeah, i feel kind of optimistic have you had ones for which it they just couldn't follow it? It's hard to say because most of the times i've taught it have been in bigger classes and so i think my sample size
