Chicksint: I've noticed that, for example, when we look at sleep and learning, for quality sleep, harder to learn things. If you're drinking too much coffee, like I did today, but I managed to do some meditation to balance it out. An exercise boosts brain chemicals in particular aerobic exercise. And so something like really intense exercise is my main way of relaxing.
