Sherry Deutschman built a company based on a profit sharing plan for her employees. In the early days, these checks were, you know, like $12 a month and like $16. But over time as the business grew and successful, these sort of blue collar workers got checks of like $180 or $240 a month. And so to think that you just strip that out and like everything's fine might have been a little delusional.
