The Value of Neurodiversity in Marketing
Marketing emphatically needs to be more neuro diverse I think than it was perhaps 10-20 years ago yeah. The hive brain that constitutes the marketing department requires a much wider range of complementary skills. People who for example slightly on the spectrum tend to be very good social scientists and that sounds like a very strange thing to say but interestingly those people if you have mild asperges can do things that are instinctive and unthought of to other people by themselves.
