Is There a Ring Vaccination Strategy?

M r ana vacines were new, it took time for the manufacturing scale up. A hundred days is nowhere near enough time if something bolical starts to happen. Now that the safety profile of m r an a vaccines has been prety well established, my own feeling is we need to be able to access emergency regulations. I think that's just got to be on the books as something you can do and internationally to get it everywhere.
