Is There a Lack of Understanding in CMOs?

I feel like my er, the data that i get, is also bias to people that have a better understanding for it and things like that. I think most people don't at a c mo level. Just given that major the technology evolution has happened in the last decade, if you were a leader or a c m o at that ten years ago, then you never really had a chance to get into those details of how it works. Se you don't have a level of understanding, which then drives like capacity planning, a resource planning, which i think is why we have an under investment in marketing ops.
