The Importance of Getting the Right People on Board
It's a matter of it's not needing more capital, but getting the right people on board. Some folks show up to jobs or to work at a company and they give their all. Other folks are like, okay, well, I'm just going to punch a clock and try to keep everything going and do the minimum until so no one fusses me out. You really want to get you want to attract and retain and reward the first category. And you want to let go of the second category. So there's always something from an operational standpoint that kind of stands in the way of you that tries to distract you from the North Star. But I think I have a pretty good plan
