Is Hip Adduction a Problem?
Hip adduction is what's called an appy phenomenon. It's parallel to the injury, not in series. And so if people whose knees brush against each other are more likely to get injured than those who don't then that would be a useful paper. The next step would be, can we change it? And does changing it change the injury risk? So let's say hip aduction is associated with future injuries. It may not be the hipaduction that’s driving the injury risk. It could be some other variable that someone has and causes the increase in injury risk. Does that make sense? Ye. I know that's a bit confusing, but god to manage
