The Importance of Time to Peak
The whole concept of time to peak at this point is probably more psychological than physiological although there certainly could be an interplay of both. Do you want to grind like that forever? Probably not. There needs to be phases of if you're going to do that there's got to be phase of it. I think when I started to let go of the idea that it is supposed to be hard or supposed to be easy, my decision making changed because sometimes I thought what I really need is a fucking hard ass squat session. But other times and I think planned a hard ass squats session I'm like God it's the last thing I want to do right now. That's contraindicated
