Are You Running on Fat?

If you are ingesting fat, it will slow down your body's ability to digest even carbohydrate that you're taking in as well. The higher the intensity, the more disruptive fat will become. But if it's an endurance ride, you probably don't have to worry about that. And i don't want any fat when i'm doing something that's like a race or training or anything else. If it's like a normal ride and i don't have a specific objective, yes, i'm fine with whatever, like penut butter jelly, bring it on. I love it. It's not like it's going to throw off your endurance rides.
