Triathlon Goal Setting

Goal setting is a crucial crucial piece of sports psychology. You need to set goals both for the race itself and sort of get yourself excited with that but they've got to be realistic. Being aware of your psychological strengths is a really important part for me understanding goal strengths. There's so many component parts within triathlon training which goals are going to get you excited for specific things because it could be you're really good in one area and you want to get better at it That's one way you can set a goal. If something goes wrong in training or when an athlete gets injured then how you choose to cope will have a big impact on how you cope with it.
