i enveloped thevey. One of my main responsibilities in supporting my team is being really clear about feedback and areas of growth, and understanding what's important to them. So we're actually connecting growth plans with work. The way that we do that is through asana. We don't use really anything else for all that communication. Everything is tracked in the sana. And so we're basically eating dog food 24 seven. It's not always sunshine and roses. A lot of the problems that we're solving for our customers, we're also feeling on a date day basis for ourselves.
