Is There a Sustainable Way to Eating?
If you're working out all the time, it's important to consume enough to account for that. But if the goal is weight loss, I would imagine that you would see slower results in this kind of sustainable way. People want quick results. They're going to lose the weight in six weeks. And we're often lasting. So even once they've kind of stopped this habit, some of those negative kind of menstrual cycle hormonal disruption type things persist for a while afterwards.
