Retaining Your Customers
I want them to buy their next car, their second, third, fourth and fifth. And in between, I want to keep in touch with them. So if you've got a small business out there, whether it's a cafe or restaurant, the meal's not good, the coffee's not good. Throw it away. Give them another one. It's going to cost you that customer not coming back for a coffee to your coffee shop. How important is it for people in the sales industry to make sure that they retain their customers? What are the retention techniques that you think are the most important things?
