i want to ask you about setting up for consistency over the long term, because it is something a little bit new. I think there's like a bench mark for me that i noticed pretty early in my teaching career - people can do just about anything for three months and then they drop off. And so as teachers, we hade to think of how do we create that for people? How do we support intrinsic motivation? A, intrinsic motivation ind tental fote a, and so the intrinsic motivation stuff was really based on expectancies. So  How do we increasepeople's expect expectancies are, like, how well you expect to do on tertn taskeh?
