The Benefits of Weightlifting
The only way you can get away with benching and weight lifting is if you have a good range of motion. I almost hyper-extend with most of my joints, so for me, actually doing bench press, for example, will help me off. The longer you're bringing a sport of power, the tighter you're going to get. It would probably be an act of time to explain what happened that naked shoe.
