I think the teachers and the military folks, there's an element of both initiative and like, having your stuff together because you kind of have to on multiple levels or you're ordered to in certain cases. And so I think that's a really good archetype to kind of find. We also need to fish for people who haven't really thought of sales as a role because of preconceived notions or lack of confidence. But again, if you hire for what you truly believe, that potential resides within that person and you can get it out.
