Volta Longo's advice is before 60 or 65 to sort of take it a little bit easier on protein. I don't think there's much evidence that higher protein and this is where we also need to be precise, what does vulture mean by low protein right so we should put numbers on these things probably. If it's going to give you the likelihood of having better function, better muscle, better body composition later in life, you might be willing to do that trade off.
