How to Recover From a Productivity Outage

If you have a production outage, tell someone. Don't put it all in yourself. Transparency is the best path out of those situations. There's very few like non rectifiable situations. I've definitely had reps where they just don't document the calls. That's more of not a fireable offense. Other things are very small. It's reminders that I give to my reps. And if they don't follow through, then over a period of time, they're not going to be on the team.
