We don't live in a perfect world, so supplementation is definitely necessary. But we can't out supplement a bad diet. If you're just the average person trying to up your game why not have spinach or rugler? Kill anything that's green. You don't challenge yourslf. Try watercress, try the dandelion green. Just be experimental with it and make it fun,. Much easier than a powder you add to something.
