The Five Primary Conditions for Secure Attachment
Can one part need multiple unburdening or if you unburden the part, does it, everything is unburdening? Sort of a one and done type of thing. It depends, so some parts, one unburdening is sufficient, but other parts need to be to come back again to another layer. Or multiple parts are carrying the same burden. So while one part might be liberated from shame, other parts are still bearing shame because they weren't part of that healing experience.
