The hypnotist is actually trying to assay just your level of excitability at that moment and they're trained to find that sweet spot. You lie back put in the headphones or not you know i don't think you need headphones necessarily and you just kind of zone out the binaural beat thing is also very common. I've used the app brainwave for a long time um and when i travel sometimes i can't get as much sleep as i like so i'll just drop i'll put in brainwave when i'm on the plane it puts me to sleep almost immediately i wake up feeling refreshed again no financial relationship to them just a great app that i find really useful it's pretty interesting
