It really comes down to what can you as an individual recover from and have those gains along the way. I also think another maybe rule of thumb is, if you are four to six months out to fumory race, you know, you can set maybe a 10% increase for your CTL. And that's something that we've looked at in the past too; when you're below a certain level, then you can kind of throw that off.
