I think that, you know, one of the things too that will be a big help for you over the long run is if you change your approach to how you see your goals. Every day I'm going to devote some time to myself for my training. It's not the same thing as doing bench presses with a couch or pull ups with a lazy boy hanging around your waist but it's going to work. All you have to do is keep showing up and punching the clock. Take some pictures once a month to see what differences you're seeing. You're going to start to notice some results.
