In terms of charging a customer to onboard? Yep, to get started versus just starting monthly payments and no special onboarding fee. In the examples that I have seen and in our experience and with our clients, it usually tends to make sense to remove any barriers to onboarding. When done well, they're getting an outsized portion of value for their time and effort. That's the start of a good relationship. Absolutely.
