"If you can move your own body faster, more controlled, more explosive in more directions, that seems very desirable. Ord that's e more desirable to me than just squatting a little bit more," he says. "I feel like building up that ability than putting like, 30 pounds, forty pounds or whatever on my my back squat." 'i'mn not jumping super high. I'm not, i don't feel explosive any more,' the athlete adds.
