Elon Musk's Plan to Lay Off 10% of Employees
When you make your job getting a job, think about your day like that. Go on every career site you can possibly imagine. Try to network. Use the internet. When you do that, it will help you feel empowered. It'll help balance that bite from getting laid off in the first place. The other thing Elon Musk did, which I'm curious to people's feedback, is not only did he say he's laying off 10% of people. He also said, hey, everybody get your ass back to work and if you don't show up, we'll assume that you've resigned. "I love it. I think it's a ballsy move," she says.
