Keeping Your Breath There, That's OK

If you're out of breath and you're fatiguing, it's fine to do that if you need to because you don't want to get injured. What I will often do with advanced guys is just simply stand up and we just keep your knees bent that much. So your quads are still under tension. And then, yeah, everything else, like if you're pressing for chest, I always go about 90%. It depends on the exercise, but anywhere, like usually about 95 to 97% of the way up.
