The guys that can have a lactate threshold that 86% of their VO2 max versus someone that's at you know 60%. And then the fourth the the durability is is like I said it's your ability to essentially keep your physiology stable through repeated work or a certain amount of work. It really encapsulates almost all of those three plus its own kind of you know parameter of not being able to be manipulated that far down the rabbit hole so yeah I think I think it will have great use for CrossFit hopefully we'll start to see some of this stuff start being applied in the
