The Pandemic, What Are the Lessons?

Nimble or agile, we had an unfair advantage because of that. We were able to better equip those leaders. And we weren't starting from scratch. I noticed one of our competitors came out with an ap about 18 months into it. If we had started the day the pendemic was declared, itad probably ken us longer than 18 months. But thankfully, we had started those two initiatives several years early.
