Right now I just do coaching. So I'm more kind of like, so kratik, whatever coach where I don't actually kind of advise them. But sometimes the lines get a little bit blur between mentoring and coaching. It makes sense if you have the same domain expertise, because you understand their problems intimately. That's one of the biggest blockers if your VP of sales is like not forget it this is cannibalizing our demo request. And then by the end, they're like, hey, let's get everyone's buy-in through the process of that team alignment.
