Every phone, probably every car will have their own LLM runtime that can run on premise very fast. It's always going to be a waste of money and time to try to even compete with the models out there,. Unless you are part of like an open source community trying to bridge the gap between commercial systems. But yeah, I mean, it's just a matter of when this statement will become true.
