If you don't have to dial down on your diet and be super strict all the time, it is kind of a benefit from not having to stay lean. If we are allowed to mass to a higher body fat and still get great results, we could do less cardio that could be better. And lastly, I think importantly, a disruption of gain momentum. A lot of times, and you see this a lot with folks in the real world, but gaining from 10% body fat, they get to 13% body fat,. So let me take eight weeks out of this very productive mass gaining phase to do a cut.
