When behavior wasn't there and then when I didn't feel supported with that from SLT, that was a really significant source of stress. The person who is earning the big bucks should be taking some responsibility for supporting teachers with challenging conversations with parents where they turn up. We don't get into this job to be abused by parents, but sadly it does happen. Knowing that your head has your back plays a big part in well-being.
