If you ask people to do 12 minutes, five days a week, they will do it. And when they do it, we find beneficial effects. But if they don't achieve that sort of bench mark, they tend to not reliably and consistently benefit in their attention. So for example, with people that are experiencing depressive symptoms, or active have a diagnosis of depression, it tends to be around 30 minutes that they would require on a daily basis to benefit.
